Which businesses is it for?
Cleaning, contractor/trades, salons and barbershops, auto detailing, freelancers and agencies, property managers, and general service businesses.
Is it only for property management?
No. Property management is an optional module. Every workspace gets customers, jobs, bookings, estimates, invoices and expenses.
Can customers pay invoices online?
Not yet. You can create invoices and mark them paid manually. Online payment will only launch once a payment processor is connected and verified.
Does the AI make decisions for me?
The AI assistant isn't live yet. When it launches it will only draft and categorize; legal, screening, emergency and payment decisions stay with you.
Who can see my customers' contact details?
Only owners and managers in your organization. Tenants and contractors never see them.
How is my data isolated?
Every record belongs to one organization and is protected by server-side access rules.
